Would you sell your soul? begins by introducing you to your character, a young worker wishing her day to be over so she can see her boyfriend, the man she loves and shares most of her time with. However, this wishful thinking won't last long as, when she meets with her boyfriend, he breaks up with her, saying that he is in love with another woman. Of course, and to make the drama spicier, your character is pregnant, but this doesn't stop the boyfriend from leaving her for another woman. You will accompany this disappointed girl home only to watch her suffer a spontaneous miscarriage, end up unconscious in the middle of the forest and get run over. This is where her journey with the demon starts. He tells her that, in exchange for her help, he can give her back her life. Your job is to help the demon in his missions, so your character returns to her miserable life.
Like in any good interactive story, in Would you sell your soul?, players can make decisions about the plot and decide how they want to respond in certain situations, etc. Additionally, to keep playing the story, you will have to watch an ad at the end of each chapter which will unlock a few more pages.
